UR1127, AS128, and UR1176 were acquired by the Museum in 1933 with provenance Nazca. UR1127 and AS128 are loosely tied together.
By spacing, the khipu is one group of 5 pendants preceded by a single pendant. The single pendant is also distinguished by being a different color than the pendants in the group. The value of the single pendant is the sum of the values on the pendants in the group.
